How does it change the environment it occurs in?

These are the questions that guide my work as a dance artist and physical performer, creating interdisciplinary, collaborative art projects that centre around bodily knowledge, emotional resonance, and media-blurring performance.

My work unfolds through creative embodiment—blurring the lines between movement, visual language, and conceptual inquiry. I seek to connect with audiences on a visceral level, challenging conventional aesthetics in physical performance.

At the core of my artistic practice lies the discourse of Surrender: as an emotional, political, and physical state. Surrender becomes a tool to access truth, to invite vulnerability, and to disrupt formality in how we experience art and each other.

Process & Collaboration
Over the years, I’ve worked with dancers, musicians, visual artists, theorists, and community groups across countries and disciplines.My projects often involve site-sensitive elements, multimedia layering, and deep artistic research, driven by curiosity and a commitment to emotional and conceptual depth.

With over 22 years of stage experience, my background spans classical and contemporary vocabularies. I am a graduate of the Polish National Ballet College, Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School, and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds.

Whether in production development, residencies, or community-led projects, I bring both structure and openness to the creative process.

Teaching & Knowledge Sharing
As a dance and movement educator, I guide others in building a conscious connection with their bodies, learning to express themselves through movement as a form of thinking and sensing.

My pedagogical approach is rooted in artistic research, where creative embodiment becomes a path to knowledge and presence. I believe cultivating sensuousness through movement can expand our understanding of ourselves and the world.

I regularly offer workshops, open classes, and co-creative spaces—always inviting others to explore with me.
